We want accessing food support to be straightforward. Here’s what you can expect when you connect with the Saint John East Food Bank.

1. Get Registered
If you are visiting us for the first time, you will be asked for proof of address and Medicare cards for everyone in your household.

2. Visit During Service Hours
Once registered, you’re welcome to the Food Bank during our service hours:

Tuesdays & Fridays
12:15 pm – 2:45 pm

3. Connect With Our Team
When you arrive, our volunteers will welcome you and guide you through the process. We are here to answer questions and make your experience as comfortable as possible.

4. Receive Food Support
You will receive food support based on what is available and the needs of your household.
